ingredients: 2 scoops simply tera’s organic bourbon vanilla whey  4 oz espresso 1 oz lavender simple syrup  6 oz whole milk, or milk of your choice directions: add hot espresso and simply tera’s organic bourbon vanilla whey protein powder to a mug and whisk until simply tera’s powder is fully dissolved.  fill a tall glass with ice. Pour espresso mixture, simple syrup, and milk into a glass. stir, top with additional dried lavender if desired, and enjoy!

Servings: 1 coffee  Time: 10 minutes  ingredients: Ice cubes 2 shots espresso  1 cup milk of choice 1 scoop simply tera’s pure whey protein⁣, bourbon vanilla Directions: fill a cup with ice then add about 2/3 of the milk, followed by the espresso. add the simply tera’s pure whey protein⁣, bourbon vanilla and the remaining milk to a jar. using a frother, froth until light and frothy. pour the frothed sweet cream on top of the milk and coffee and enjoy.

Servings: 1 smoothie Time: 10 minutes  ingredients:  1 frozen banana 1 scoop of simply teras lactose free organic whey protein, plain unsweetened 2 pitted dates 1 egg yolk 3 cups coconut milk 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg whipped cream (optional) directions: In a blender or a food processor, blend together the protein powder and coconut milk or water until very smooth. Add frozen banana, pitted dates, almond extract, cinnamon and nutmeg, and blend mixture until smooth and frothy. top with whipped cream and/or cinnamon powder to your liking and enjoy!

ingredients:  1 tsp Carrington Farms Organic Matcha Powder 1/4 cup hot water 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk warmed 1 scoop simply tera’s lactose free organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla directions:  sift your matcha into a large mug. add the hot water and whisk briskly, in an up and down motion for 30 seconds, until frothy. add the almond milk and simply tera’s organic lactose free bourbon vanilla whey protein powder, and whisk until well combined. serve hot.
