Hi Tony! I agree and wrote along those lines in a previous article (https://slrlounge.com/how-to-test-shoot-with-model-agency-represented-models/) about first approaching a modeling agency to test. They absolutely want a photographer’s book to contain images of people that look the part of the model.

In my view you need at least two to three solid models.   A male model is also a good idea.   Study the agencies website to get a handle on what they like.   However for good or bad photographers are often judged by the models they display.
